Job summary

Hudson Lab Automation, Inc. in New Providence, NJ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization for manufacturing, service, and customer fulfillment.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare documentation, schedule pickups, track orders, and ensure accurate labeling and timely fulfillment while

Qualifications

• High school or associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted and move materials.
• Experience with ERP or shipping management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of instruments, consumables, spare parts, and service-related materials.
• Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, export paperwork, and carrier documentation.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics providers.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure products are packaged and labeled according to company and customer requirements.
• Support on-time shipment execution for customer orders and revenue commitments.
• Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Assist with storage planning and inventory location management.
• Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse, production, quality, and service functions.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for logistics activities.
