Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Miami is hiring a 1st shift Customer Service Representative to process orders, provide product and transit information, and act as a liaison to resolve issues. You will manage customer records, support order management, and contribute to fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
Provide product, service, and transit information and act as a liaison to resolve issues.
Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer records and update account information.
Prepare product or service reports and assist with order management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
