Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Representative for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) with a starting pay of $20.50 per hour. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating with trucking/transport providers to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

The ideal candidate will have 0–12 months experience in data entry, dispatch, or warehousing, and be proficient in MS Office, with familiarity in WMS systems such as JDA, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, SAP, and related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
