Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Savannah, GA to ensure delivery on our service promises. You will work with customers, business partners and drivers to meet commitments and delight customers at every step of the experience.

The role expects experience with Microsoft Office and strong customer service abilities, with the capacity to multitask under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed expectations. This is an in-office position in Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
