Job summary

RXO, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers. You will ensure on-time delivery commitments and delight customers at every step of the experience.

The role requires experience in customer service, at least 1 year in a related call center setting, and strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle inquiries and complex issues across delivery routes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and resolving issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul‑away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
