You will help ensure shipments are accurately processed and organized to keep daily operations running smoothly. The role involves coordinating with operations staff, assisting drivers, managing inbound calls and emails, and resolving issues to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform duties and complete documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, prints, scans, and organizes documentation for terminal operations and dispatch.
• Maintains accurate filing and recordkeeping systems for shipments and terminal records.
• Bundles and distributes paperwork for outbound shipments with operations staff.
• Reviews outbound load paperwork to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Handles inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
• Arranges dock pickups and dock drops for customers with operations staff.
• Provides assistance and support to drivers for the line haul department.
• Identifies paperwork or process issues and escalates to prevent delays; assists with administrative projects.
