ConGlobal is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Seattle to establish and maintain relationships with customers while ensuring accurate equipment records and activities. • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certifications in customer service or logistics a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with TEC or similar inventory systems a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background verification and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Create and foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customers' equipment inventory, repair status, and related activities.
• Develop and maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams to meet their needs promptly.
• Input repair estimates for equipment owners and obtain necessary approvals from lessors/owners.
• Schedule and coordinate equipment surveys and adjust estimates based on feedback from surveyors/owners/lessors.
• Update TEC system when equipment is repaired and log all relevant data accurately.
• Prepare and manage daily billing paperwork for repaired units.
• Compile and submit monthly storage and handling billing reports.
• Coordinate scheduling of on-hires with the yard supervisor and assist with prioritizing equipment repair with the shop supervisor.
