Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and service requests.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas partners, and internal teams to support transportation activities.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, invoices, and operational records.
• Resolve customer questions, service issues, and shipment-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support order processing, booking coordination, and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is up to date.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and problem solving.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
