Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wichita, KS to handle customer inquiries, billing, and shipment tracing. The role requires strong communication, 2+ years in customer service, and the ability to work a variety of shifts.

You’ll be supporting daily operations on our loading-dock environment and leveraging transportation knowledge. The position offers benefits from day one, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
