Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wichita, KS to handle shipments, invoices and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. You will verify tariff compliance, quote rates, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, enter data accurately and provide great service during a variety of shifts. Health benefits and retirement options are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
