Job summary

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry

Responsibilities

• Enter all customer orders and maintain high level of customer service for internal and external customers
• Update important dates and times: ETA, ATA, schedules, and arrival confirmations
• Ensure accurate information in SixWheel and related software to properly execute delivery and pickup
• Perform basic updates to ADP and other systems to meet service levels
• Deliver high quality customer service as per vendor SLAs
• Uphold IMC core values and conduct all business ethically
• Maintain billing accuracy and support the Billing team with invoicing
