Job summary

Omnicom Specialty Marketing’s IMS unit seeks a Client Services Representative to support order management, inventory maintenance, and email handling across internal teams. You will collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance and Operations, prioritizing orders, generating status reports, and helping resolve issues while maintaining clear communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, reporting, or purchase order experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities under tight timelines.
• Must be a team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AS400 or similar database systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily internal contact for order management and inquiries.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.
• Manage incoming emails from varying internal sources.
• Generate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance, and Operations.
• Facilitate accurate incoming inventory and PO communication with warehouse.
• Follow-through on exception reporting from start to finish.
• Prioritize orders and expedite emergency requests.
• Maintain and distribute various required reports.
