Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives/schedules all delivery orders and requests from customers and informs dispatch.
• Enters all orders into TMS for dispatch.
• Ensures rail billing is in place before containers are delivered to railroad.
• Prepares customer reports and tracking, dispatch status.
• Notifies supervisor/management of service failures.
• Proposes and implements solutions to improve customer service.
• Backups coverage as schedule dictates.
• Other projects and duties assigned by management.
