Job summary

Shifts include 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Responsibilities include entering orders, verifying container availability, preparing reports, and communicating schedule

Qualifications

Strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and schedule customer delivery orders and requests, coordinating with Dispatch.
Enter orders into the computer system for dispatch and monitor port operations.
Verify container availability and release status via port terminal websites and line portals.
Verify documentation, customs clearance, and billing requirements before coordinating pickup/delivery.
Prepare customer reports and shipment tracking updates.
Proactively communicate service failures, delays, and operational concerns to management.
Identify improvements to customer service, efficiency, and shipment execution.
Maintain accurate customer/location profiles and provide dispatch support as needed.
