Responsibilities

• Enter all customer orders and maintain service quality for internal and external customers.
• Update dates, ETAs, and confirmations of arrivals and returns as directed.
• Ensure accurate data in SixWheel and related software to execute deliveries.
• Perform basic updates to company software (SixWheel, ADP) as needed.
• Support billing with accurate information and assist with post-delivery billing KPI.
• Provide high-quality customer service aligned with SLAs.
• Other duties as assigned.
