Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Aurora, IL. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service, accurate data entry for shipping and receiving, and timely order processing to support site operations.

You will maintain client relationships, handle inquiries, coordinate with warehouse and billing, and ensure accurate documentation. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity.
• Able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications.
• WMS functions experience.
• English language skills (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print as needed.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests and expedite as necessary.
• Notify customers of activity concerning their merchandise.
• Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
• Verify customers for proper invoicing.
