Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional service to clients by accurately processing orders, entering data, and coordinating with warehouse operations. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and about one year in customer service, with the ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

On-site at Lancaster, you’ll support multiple customers with timeliness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and generate related paperwork.
• Verify accuracy of receiving/shipping documents and data entry.
• Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist in invoicing and credit changes as needed.
