Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests and expedite as needed.
• Trace orders and notify customers of activity.
• Follow up with other departments to meet service standards.
• Ensure proper invoicing and credit adjustments where required.
• Handle returned merchandise efficiently and credit appropriately.
• Enter and verify order, shipment, receipt and inventory data.
