Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service team at Bolton Terminal. You will coordinate with operations, dispatch, drivers, and leadership to ensure top-tier service and continuous improvement.

The role oversees daily CS operations, coaches staff, handles escalations, and drives performance metrics, reporting, and documentation while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in transportation/logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing and developing customer service teams.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure professional communication with customers.
• Act as escalation point for complex inquiries and shipment issues.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Operations, Drivers and leadership to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor service metrics, team productivity and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
• Utilize TMW and other systems for shipment visibility and order management.
