Titanium Transportation Group is seeking a Dispatcher for its US division reporting to the Operations Manager. Based at the Bolton Head Office, you will coordinate loads, plan driver schedules, and use TMW to manage shipments and communicate with drivers and clients.

The role offers full-time employment at a competitive salary with group benefits, including health and dental. On-site at our Bolton HQ, hours are Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm, with on-call evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years’ experience in dispatching.
• 2-5 years’ experience in transportation/logistics industry.
• Proficient knowledge of TMW.
• Awareness of Hours of Service including TDG and weight restrictions.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette for professional communication.
• Exceptional level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule loads to ensure delivery and meet client requirements.
• Plan approximately 60 drivers’ schedules based on shipment volumes and operational needs.
• Utilize TMW and other systems to manage shipment information and operational activities.
• Coordinate outbound freight with Operations to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve service issues or delays.
• Ensure booking and shipping instructions are accurately scheduled, documented, and communicated.
• Coordinate with clients and drivers to secure essential border information and customs documentation for clearance processing
• Complete data entry accurately and maintain current operational records.
• Monitor driver performance and participate in driver reviews as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety legislation and company policies.
• Meet performance deadlines and client-specific shipping requirements.
• Remain flexible to work extended hours based on operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This position will be dedicated to our US division and will be reporting to the Operations Manager. This Dispatcher is a pivotal member of the operations team and must be able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with members of our fleet and other departments as necessary. The ability to use TMW with accuracy and proficiency will be of paramount importance to the success of this function.

Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm), Evening and Weekend on call/emails

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and schedule loads to ensure delivery and meet client requirements.
• Plan approximately 60 drivers’ schedules based on shipment volumes and operational needs.
• Utilize TMW and other systems to manage shipment information and operational activities.
• Coordinate outbound freight with Operations to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve service issues or delays.
• Ensure booking and shipping instructions are accurately scheduled, documented, and communicated.
• Coordinate with clients and drivers to secure essential border information and customs documentation for clearance processing

• Ensure compliance with safety legislation, Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and company policies.
• Meet performance deadlines and client-specific shipping requirements.
• Remain flexible to work extended hours based on operational needs.

Position Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience in dispatching
• 2- 5 years’ experience in transportation/ logistics industry
• Proficient knowledge of TMW
• Awareness of Highway traffic act including hours of service, TDG, weight restrictions etc.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette for professional communication with clients and team members
• Exceptional level of organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Time management and negotiation skills
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment time management and negotiation skills
