Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group Bolton terminal is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to join our front-line service team. You will work with clients to assist with shipments, provide excellent customer relations, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, data entry, booking appointments, and solving issues. The role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and manage work requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as required.
• Process data entry for operational movements.
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers and internal departments to gather information and book appointments.
• Address challenging customers and problems requiring escalation outside of the department.
• Report, analyze and resolve system, client, and operational issues affecting service quality.
• Maintain records and statistics related to assigned processes.
• Perform general office functions as needed.
• Work independently when required.
