Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics Broker team and customers. This entry-level role involves daily carrier coordination, load status tracking, and proactive communication to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Office-based in Irving, TX with benefits and internal growth opportunities. The role emphasizes proactive reporting of delays, accurate data entry in the TMW system, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize load

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Solid geographic knowledge relevant to logistics operations.
• Experience with TMW or similar transportation management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers for load status updates from pickup to delivery.
• Gather load details: arrival/departure times, truck locations, transit issues.
• Keep TMW up to date with accurate details and stops along routes.
• Escalate issues to operations teams for delays, missed appointments, or disruptions.
• Be the first to know changes in delays and inform the right people on the team.
• Estimate ETA and travel times using mileage data and note potential delays.
• Monitor weather reports to forecast disruptions on lanes.
• Proactively reach out to carriers upon contact and maintain consistent communication.
• Ensure consistent communication to earn carrier trust and alignment with KPI standards.
