Job summary

DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent, Expeditor in Mesa, USA to support the Customer Service team in ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate data. The role interfaces with clients and operations, manages orders, quotes, and KPIs, and drives timely communication and issue resolution.

You will work with ERP systems, generate reports, and support process improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on customer satisfaction and supply

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and industry work experience.
3 years of experience in a direct or cross functional capacity with client facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Acts as the point of contact for client requests and status updates.
Serves as the company interface between client and operations.
Manages day to day business relationship with client.
Escalates client concerns and internal issues that may impact the supply chain to the Program Manager.
Records and tracks RFQ to ensure timely response.
Monitors SO due date to ensure shipments are shipped as planned and escalated for delays.
