Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Customer Service Agent, Expeditor to support the Customer Service team. The role focuses on on-time deliveries, client communications, and data accuracy projects within a global logistics context in the United States.

The Expeditor helps manage quotes, orders, and discrepancies, while coordinating with operations to maintain supply chain integrity and timely shipments. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a direct or cross functional role with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication contact with clients for quotes and orders.
• Record and track RFQ to ensure timely responses and report weekly KPIs.
• Process client purchase orders and keep SO/CPO status aligned.
• Escalate client or internal concerns that may impact the supply chain.
• Generate reports from ERP and export to Excel for data analysis.
• Support KPI management and collaborate with Finance and Purchasing.
