Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent in the United States (Texas) to deliver exceptional service, accurately input orders, and support timely processing for single or multiple customers.

As part of the customer service team, you will operate WMS, generate paperwork, maintain order accuracy, and coordinate with other departments to meet service standards while handling inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports and print shipments from WMS.
• Verify receiving/shipping documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain data entry for orders, shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service standards and resolve discrepancies.
