Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers via phone, email, fax or EDI and enter them accurately.
• Solicit freight from customers to maximize capacity and revenue.
• Coordinate changes to loading/delivery times with customers and internal teams.
• Track and update loads using internal systems and communicate issues to customers.
• Work with other departments to secure locations, codes and proper credit approvals.
• Create custom manifests for international freight as needed.
