Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into proprietary web-based software.
• Initiate check calls to track and trace drivers.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor freight websites to confirm delivery times and notify customers of delays.
• Maintain paperwork for each shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer needs.
