Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day shipments and provide clear, proactive communication across our operations team in Fort Wayne. This entry‑level role includes hands‑on training, full‑time hours, and a path for advancement in a fast‑moving 3PL environment, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork.

You will enter load orders, check on driver progress, coordinate with Sales and Dispatch, and help ensure on‑time deliveries

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service or logistics
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficiency with Google Drive and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent teamwork

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into our proprietary web-based software
• Initiate check calls to track and trace drivers
• Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor freight online to ensure delivery times and notify customers of delays
• Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to meet customer needs
