Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into the proprietary web-based software.
• Initiate 'check calls' to track drivers on all pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor freight to ensure timely deliveries and notify customers of delays.
• Collect proper paperwork for each shipment.
• Work with Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer issues.
