Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Monitor load progress and share updates; flag delays or issues.
• Resolve service hiccups quickly and professionally.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to keep operations smooth.
• Bid on spot freight and learn market pricing strategies.
• Source and vet carriers to cover loads and build your network.
