Job summary

J.B. Hunt is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support the Supply Chain team. This role negotiates carrier rates, markets Carrier360 to carriers, and ensures timely freight coverage with best-in-class service execution.

The incumbent develops carrier bases, manages shipments, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize performance while maintaining high accuracy and customer satisfaction. Opportunities include varied shifts including nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year experience in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, and/or equivalent military experience
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
• Demonstrated strong professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Negotiate carrier rates to meet revenue and margin goals
• Market Carrier360 platform to carriers to increase efficiency and visibility
• Establish and maintain carrier base for timely freight coverage
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and carriers to ensure service quality
• Monitor freight in transit and ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate service issues promptly to minimize costs and impact
