The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, maintaining relationships and maximizing business potential. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience or a Bachelor's Degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 1–2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to clearly transmit, receive and interpret information across channels
• Ability to adjust to new or changing tasks and processes
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Sales-driven and ready to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions
• Monitor on-time delivery, accuracy of billing, and service quality
• Communicate with customers to check load status and resolve issues
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments optimizing transit time
• Enter orders into the system to track loads for operations
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates
• Serve as main contact for load updates and capacity inquiries
