Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative - ICSI in Troy, MI. You will execute customer freight orders and maintain strong client relationships to maximize business potential.

You will support on-time delivery, accurate billing, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Training provided, with a customer-centric focus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions to meet needs and goals.
• Monitor on-time delivery, damage-free service, and accurate billing; communicate with customers to resolve issues and minimize service failures.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries to optimize transit times and meet customer expectations.
• Enter customer orders into the order management system to track loads and share necessary information with operations teams.
• Obtain and document approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding load updates and capacity availability.
