The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach to develop relationships and maximize business potential. Under routine supervision, you will coordinate shipments, verify timely deliveries, and support operations teams with load status information and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 1-2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• Experience delivering solutions to meet customer needs and goals
• Strong communication and professionalism in customer interactions

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to maximize freight potential
• Monitor on-time delivery, avoid damages, and ensure accurate billing
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve satisfaction
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit times
• Enter customer orders into the order management system for tracking
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers
• Serve as main contact for load updates and capacity availability
