Responsibilities

• Allocate orders in WMS to keep warehouse running efficiently.
• Generate shipping labels and manage routing requests.
• Create Bills of Lading and coordinate LTL/TL shipments.
• Manage small parcel shipments with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship.
• Provide proactive updates to customers on order status.
• Invoice customers for value-added services.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
