Job Description

CDR Maguire, a multi-disciplinary emergency management and health care firm, is seeking responsible and reliable individuals for our inventory team. The responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating internal transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
2. Responding to OIC inquiries and reaching out to vendors through proper channels.
3. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
4. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
5. Tracking and resolving shipping errors.
6. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
7. Developing processes to make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

Requirements

• Good computer skills and ability to multi-task.
• Open availability; valid State of Florida Driver's License (hours to be determined). This role involves travel. Mileage will be reimbursed, and PPE will be provided.
• Provision of Form I-9 supporting documentation to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
