The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time, onsite,Logistics Specialistposition filled with many exciting opportunities! This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by printing, sorting, and stuffing all checks, direct deposits, and invoice paperwork in a timely manner prior to shipment.

  1. Prints checks and direct deposits in print queue throughout the day.
  2. Matches checks and direct deposits to shipping tickets.
  3. Runs checks and direct deposits through the proper machine and places them in bin waiting on client’s packages.
  4. Verifies paychecks and direct deposits registers match the count on shipping ticket.
  5. Creates payroll delivery envelopes for clients based on the shipping ticket and charge on the invoice.
  6. Matches check with the correct delivery envelope and delivers to package area.
  7. Coordinates and processes E-Verify for clients.
  8. Performs new employee data maintenance.
  9. Assists the Payroll and Logistics departments with entering new hires, direct deposit changes, scanning and indexing.
  10. Reviews application packets to ensure they are completed correctly prior to entering into the system.
  11. Ensures all data entry and E-Verify information is coded using PDFSam and saved in the WFH folder to upload into Indexing
  12. Assists with Indexing and alerting the coordinator if SS# on the form does not match SS# in MFC.
  13. Notifies processors if the information is incomplete or incorrect on any form.
  14. Ensures all packages are completed and in shipping by the end of the day.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include having one (1) year of shipping or customer service experience anda high school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and clerical skills is needed.
