Under general supervision, coordinates site logistics and events to drive engagement and experiences.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates budget for Site team in location.
- Maintains professional calendars and makes appointments as instructed. Attends meetings and transcribes minutes.
- Composes and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentation materials, and reports.
- Handles requests from multiple departments. Receives, reviews, and forwards departmental invoices for processing.
- Maintains and orders inventory of office supplies. Performs ad-hoc requests such as ordering bereavement flowers, updating Law Posters, mail handling, and more.
- Coordinates space planning, neighborhood planning, office space planning, and overall office space management in tandem with site manager and local leaders.
- Coordinates and plans events of various sizes, including researching, budgeting, and implementation.
- Develops newsletters for location communication. Maintains SharePoint site for meetings, events, and reporting.
- Coordinates and maintains social media, in-office visual, and digital marketing (TVs, signage, invites, merchandise).
- Tracks events by gathering photos, RSVPs, and providing engagement reports.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
- Meets attendance standards at the business location to perform job functions and facilitate interaction with management and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

- Preferred 2-4 years of event planning/logistics experience.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
In-office requirements: 4-5 days per week. Position located in Dallas, TX and Tampa, FL.
