Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to schedule outbound shipments and manage carrier pickups, delivery timelines, and transfer orders.

You will coordinate inventory movement among warehouses and 3PLs, maintain shipment data in EDI systems, and ensure accurate Bills of Lading documentation. You will also track freight, resolve delays, balance inventory, and support cross-channel product movement to Amazon, TikTok, and ShipBob while reconciling

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, order fulfillment, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience scheduling LTL and FTL shipments.
• Experience managing freight providers and transportation activities.
• Working knowledge of Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• ERP, EDI, and WMS system experience required.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience within consumable goods required.
• Food, beverage, supplements, grocery, or broader CPG experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Manage carrier pickups, appointments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate inventory movement between warehouses, manufacturers, and 3PL providers.
• Create, process, and monitor transfer orders.
• Upload and maintain shipment and order information within EDI systems.
• Coordinate customer, distributor, and retailer orders.
• Track freight from release through delivery.
• Resolve shipment delays, shortages, damages, and delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
• Support inventory balancing efforts across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate product movement to Amazon, TikTok fulfillment channels, and ShipBob.
• Reconcile inventory transactions between ERP, WMS, EDI, and physical inventory records.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics reporting.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain and Operations.
