• Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight with carriers and transportation providers
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics-related paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and transportation records
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, customer service, and operations teams to support business needs
• Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
