Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily transportation operations and customer service activities in Dublin, OH.

You will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers, and help ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions. The role requires 2+ years in supply chain or transportation, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or freight operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to effectively use multiple screens and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute transportation plans for inbound, outbound, and intercompany shipments across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with transportation providers while supporting capacity and load coverage needs.
• Monitor transportation activity, track shipments, and address potential service disruptions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and updates.
• Manage transportation-related documentation, system updates, and recordkeeping for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, and accounting teams to resolve shipment issues and support freight payments.
