Job summary

Ascendo Resources in Atlanta seeks a detail-oriented Logistics & Order Processing Coordinator to support daily operations across a multi-channel distribution environment. This role blends hands-on order processing with logistics coordination to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment for ecommerce and wholesale customers.

You will manage orders from Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and B2B accounts, coordinate outbound shipments with 3PLs, track deliveries, monitor inventory, and maintain ERP records.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing.
• Hands-on experience with 3PLs and LTL/FTL freight carriers.
• Experience in multi-channel eCommerce environments (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/order management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders across multiple channels (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, and B2B/wholesale accounts)
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, 3PL partners, and LTL/FTL freight carriers
• Track shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively resolve fulfillment or transportation issues
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and channels to prevent stockouts and delays
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, inventory, and order management systems
• Manage returns, replacements, and carrier claims as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing
• Hands-on experience working with 3PLs and LTL/FTL freight carriers (required)
• Experience in multi-channel eCommerce environments (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.)
