Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our warehouse logistics team. You will support daily shipping coordination, carrier communication, and 3PL warehouse management to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

This role will work with warehouse teams, major carriers such as UPS and FedEx to monitor outbound shipments, resolve issues, and improve delivery performance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics, parcel shipping or 3PL coordination.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and other major U.S. carriers.
• Understanding of outbound shipping processes and carrier pickup coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve logistics issues quickly.
• Ability to track and analyze basic logistics data (volume, performance, costs).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and carrier arrangements between company warehouses and 3PL warehouses.
• Communicate with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers on pickups, status, performance, and issues.
• Monitor outbound order volume, carrier capacity, and warehouse shipping status.
• Assist in developing shipping plans based on volume, inventory, capacity, and timelines.
• Track and resolve logistics exceptions ( delays, missed scans, returns, etc.).
• Maintain communication with 3PL warehouses, carriers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare logistics reports on shipment volume, delivery performance, exceptions, carrier performance, and costs.
• Support peak season planning, including carrier capacity and backup options.
• Assist with cross-warehouse transfers, last-mile coordination, and carrier invoice verification.
• Complete other logistics coordination and operational support duties.
