Allen Lund Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in California to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role supports Transportation Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Representatives with daily operations, including building loads, setting up carriers, and tracking shipments.

You will engage in administrative duties, ensure accurate invoicing, and assist with accounting tasks while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, update calls, schedule pickup and delivery, and provide critical information to customers.
• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, match invoices, issue checks, support accounting, and order office supplies.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: Verify carrier information, send proper documentation, contact insurers, call references, update profiles, and inquire about lanes and quantities.
• Training & Compliance: Complete ALC system training and uphold company standards of Customer, Company, and Office.
