• Build loads, schedule pickups and deliveries, and set up carriers in digital platforms.
• Track shipments, provide real-time updates to customers and shippers.
• Source and engage carriers, verify insurance, and manage rate confirmations.
• Support branch accounting with invoicing and digital payments.
• Maintain compliance and keep carrier resources up to date.
• Deliver high-touch customer service and uphold company principles.
