Responsibilities

• Manage active loads and schedule freight activities.
• Collaborate with Transportation Brokers to ensure timely shipments.
• Use proprietary TMS to manage loads and track progress.
• Maintain carrier relationships and source capacity.
• Support branch accounting by handling invoices and payments.
• Deliver high-touch customer service with accurate updates.
