Qualifications

• Tech-Savvy and able to adapt to modern tech and digital tools.
• Strong practical command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• Exposure to or familiarity with AI tools is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage active loads and schedule pickup/delivery appointments with carriers.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to shippers and customers.
• Source carriers, inquire about lane availability, and build relationships with providers.
