Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales & Acquisition: contact new customers and drive acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: grow profitable volume with shippers and accounts.
• Consultation: understand customer needs to tailor solutions.
• Service Excellence: deliver exceptional customer service.
• Capacity Growth: build carrier relationships to increase capacity.
• Pricing Strategy: keep up-to-date market freight rates to set fair prices.
• Rate Negotiation: negotiate rates with carriers per market demands.
• Solutions: recommend carrier solutions to management.
• Daily Management: manage loads in transit and document freight bills.
• Core Logistics: handle brokerage and booking of loads.
• Standards: uphold company principles of Customer, Company, Office.
