Allen Lund Company, LLC is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Winchester team. You will support Transportation Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Representatives with daily operations, build loads, set up carriers, and coordinate pickups.

Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced logistics environments.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Build loads and set up carriers.
- Update customer systems and schedule pickup/delivery appointments.
- Match invoices to files and perform general office duties.
- Verify carrier information and ensure required certificates of insurance.
- Support accounting functions and training/compliance as needed.
