Allen Lund Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to drive daily freight brokerage operations in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You will work with Transportation Brokers to manage loads, schedule pickups, and coordinate vetted carriers using our digital platforms including a proprietary TMS.

You’ll build carrier relationships, ensure compliance, and support branch accounting while delivering high-touch service to shippers and customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Google Workspace and modern digital tools.
• Comfortable with high-speed tech and AI-enabled tools.
• Sharp attention to detail in load data, compliance, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Build loads, schedule pickups, and vet carriers on digital platforms.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Source carriers and assess lane availability and equipment.
• Maintain compliance and documentations (insurance, rate confirmations).
• Assist branch accounting with invoices, Com-checks, and payments.
• Deliver high-touch customer service aligned with company values.
